DMCA – Digital Millennium Copyright Act

At My Apps, we take intellectual property rights seriously and are committed to addressing the concerns of content owners while also promoting the legitimate distribution of content. Please be aware that My Apps may link to or display content hosted on third-party websites or services.

Any content hosted on these third-party platforms is the responsibility of the respective sites and services, not My Apps. We do not have control over, nor knowledge of, whether the content is authorized by the content owner. This is a matter for the hosting site and the content owner to resolve. Importantly, My Apps does not host any third-party content on our servers.

As a pro-DMCA service, My Apps supports the process established by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Content owners may file a DMCA takedown request to ask for the removal of links or references to content that they believe infringes their copyright.

Please note: Removing a link or reference from My Apps does not remove the content from the third-party website or service itself. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you must contact the third-party site directly to request removal of the original content.

We only accept DMCA notices for individual links or pieces of content. Please format your request as follows:

            AppName: [Enter App Name]
            AppVersion: [Enter App Version]
Description of the Issue: [Describe the problem]
            Screenshot(s): [Attach relevant screenshots]
Link(s) to Proof of Ownership: [Provide links that verify your claim]

If your notice involves multiple links or pieces of content, please consolidate all relevant information and screenshots into a single DMCA notice.
